Rosewood Residences, situated at 6 Maclaurin Parade, is a multi-unit development comprising 37 apartments distributed across seven stepped levels.
The architectural form responds to the irregularly shaped site and steep topography. A prominent feature of the design addresses the sharp corner where Maclaurin Parade and Nola Road intersect. The horizontal scale of the structure is divided into three distinct volumes, with balcony projections articulating the façade, creating layers of porosity and privacy.
The proposal explores the future of high-density living and offers a diverse range of housing options with high amenities to cater to a broad demographic of potential residents. This includes a high proportion of family-oriented apartments consisting of three bedrooms, which account for nearly half of the units within the building.
