This proposed 4-storey office building in inner-city Sydney maximises the site’s potential while meeting the planning controls within the City of Sydney Local Environmental Plan (LEP). Designed to accommodate a future street planned toward its eastern side, the building features a ribbon of active street frontage that enables the incorporation of a cafe into the corner of the building at ground level, above which sit three storeys of flexible office space.
