Another Land Environment Court Approval for BKA Architecture
Another Land and Environment Court Approval for BKA Architecture!
BKA are pleased to announce that our 14 level Mixed-Use tower located within Newcastle’s inner-city commercial zone of Hunter Street has just been approved by the Land and Environment Court. The twisting tower emerges from a retained heritage shell and contains 38 apartments, with 19 of these being ‘Affordable’. With no onsite vehicular parking, inhabitants can take advantage of their close proximity to public transport, bike paths, educational and other inner city offerings, thereby contributing in many ways to climate change.
The Court has recognised this building for “Design Excellence”, with Mills Oakley Lawyers acknowledging “Results like these are definitely not attainable unless you have a Rockstar team so a big thank you once again for your hard work and dedication throughout.”
