Approval for Duncan Street, Arncliffe
BKA Architecture have secured an approval for a new 8 storey residential building in Duncan St Arncliffe via the Bayside Local Planning Panel. The project is for 44 apartments and is located in the recently up zoned R4 High Density Zone. We are delighted to have navigated the approval with the help of our planners, Planning Ingenuity and other consultants for our clients Vortex Property Group. We look forward to the construction phase.
