BKA has started the year strong with the DA approval of apartment developments in Sutherland and Lane Cove and a student accommodation building in Randwick. All three projects respond to growing demand for housing within their respective areas and are positioned strategically in relation to existing transport and infrastructure. On completion, the Sutherland development will provide 24 new apartments on Acton Street, while the development at Lane Cove will deliver 35 apartments. Similarly, the development at Randwick will provide 39 rooms of student accommodation.
