BKA Project Shortlisted for World Architecture Festival Award

BKA’s mixed use development at 35-59 Henderson Road Alexandria has been shortlisted in the Future Projects – Residential category of this year’s World Architecture Festival (WAF) Award. The project incorporates best practice heritage design principles to ensure a sensitive addition to its historic surrounds, which include the heritage-listed Eveleigh Rail Yards and Eveleigh Precinct. On completion, it is envisaged that the mixed-use project will bring amenity and vitality to the rapidly developing inner Sydney suburb of Alexandria.

Founding Directors John Baker and John Kavanagh will attend the festival in Singapore this November to give a presentation on the shortlisted project, and look forward to the prospect of a win.
