$20 Million Residential Development in Roselands Approved Under JRPP
A Joint Regional Planning Panel (JRPP) has provided development approval for BKA’s $20 million residential development on Payten Avenue, Roselands within 6 months of application lodgement. Located in the emerging medium density residential precinct of Roselands and within walking distance of Centro Shopping Centre, the project comprises four 3-storey buildings containing 67 apartments and 91 basement car spaces.
