A suite of projects by BKA Architecture for the University of NSW (UNSW) includes the Travel Office (F23 Mathews L2 Building) on the Kensington campus is a base for students preparing for postgraduate fieldwork research and other study-related trips. In the office, a world map decal doubles as a whiteboard, allowing students to be placed on the board, while the AVquipped meeting room keeps global research collaborators connected.
Also on the Kensington campus, BKA’s fitout of the F20 Building for the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences (FASS), with Formula Interiors, delivered flexible spaces capable that operate as dining room, learning space, workspace and meeting hub, with multiple seating configurations and fully IT-equipped with power and data.

At the Paddington campus in the city’s east, BKA’s refurbishment of the Lecture Theatre considerably elevated the acoustics and added a youthful aesthetic with wall panels, ceiling clouds and colourful seats for a more dynamic learning environment.
