Overlooking one of Sydney’s busiest streets, this 14-storey hotel development will combine new construction with the adaptive reuse of the heritage-listed former premises of the Sutton Forest Meat Company at 763 George Street. On completion, the hotel will offer 174 guest suites and reflect best practice in architectural, urban, and heritage design.

The hotel’s facade is articulated through a series of precast concrete modules and panels of varying depth, the combination of which creates an intriguing play of light and shadow.
