Olivia is a dynamic and highly experienced Practice Manager with a career spanning over a decade across architecture, creative agencies, digital design, and property. With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Olivia blends strategic financial acumen with a deep understanding of operations, marketing, and people management.

Currently based in Sydney, Olivia plays a central role at BKA Architecture, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations. She manages financial systems, HR processes, marketing coordination, and the Integrated Management System, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently. Olivia supports directors and team members alike, facilitating collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement across the practice.

Prior to joining BKA, Olivia held senior operations and finance roles at leading marketing agencies, where she managed everything from large-scale campaign logistics to accounts strategy and office relocations. She has also worked across the property and e-commerce sectors, known for streamlining systems, reducing overheads, and building robust back-of-house frameworks.
