Scaffolding down at Rosewood Residences

The scaffolding is down at Rosewood Residences, Roseville! This multi-unit development of 37 luxury apartments is spread across seven stepped levels in Maclaurin Parade. Our Design & Construction team responded to the site’s steep topography and irregular shape with a design that emphasises form and liveability.

A strong architectural gesture defines the corner of Maclaurin Parade and Nola Road, while three distinct building volumes and articulated balcony projections create layers of porosity, privacy and depth. Rosewood reimagines high-density living, offering a diverse mix of apartments, nearly half of which are three-bedroom homes designed with families in mind.

Congratulations to developer Bridgewell Development & SLD Development and builder SLD Building & Construction, our project partners for bringing this design vision to life on site. With interiors now underway, we look forward to the next milestone.
