Another approved development application for BKA for Crown Street Wollongong!

Our design team have been given approval for a large-scale mixed-use development application. Over 250 units and over 1000m2 of commercial space, the development has been delivered with the Wollongong CBD’s urban transformation in mind.

Engaged by LEVEL 33 to assist with gaining development approval, our design team Jesus Vidal Garcia, Angus Lynch worked closely with town planning firm Planning Ingenuity to replace a vacant commercial lot with a large-scale mixed-use development including 252 apartments, and 1039m2 of commercial and retail space on the ground floor.

The thoughtfully designed complex, set to replace the existing buildings, will boast two towers across a 4-storey podium, intentionally designed to ensure even distribution of natural light across all buildings.

Working closely with Council and arborist Season Tree Consulting to develop the concept to retain a heritage listed fig tree, which will continue to be protected through our eco-conscious approach respecting the natural environment, nature and positive impact for the residents and local community.
