We’re pleased to share that BKA Architecture has received Development Application approval from Northern Beaches Council for our latest shop top housing project in Narrabeen.
Key considerations in the design process included flood planning, parking, and maintaining a sensitive relationship to adjoining buildings. Council also commended the project’s sustainable features — including a green roof, 100% cross ventilation, and solar access to all apartments — which will contribute to a healthier and more resilient living environment.
