Approval for a Shop Top Housing Project in Narrabeen

BKA Architecture recently received approval from Northern Beaches Council for a shop top housing project in Narrabeen. Primary influencing factors included flood planning, parking and the relation to adjoining buildings. Council appreciated the sustainable components of the design, which includes a green roof, 100% cross ventilation and solar access to all apartments.
