BKA Architecture has recently obtained development approval from Great Lakes Council for 30 large 2 and 3 bedroom apartments over 5 levels, with generous views over Wallis Lake. Finishes consist of a ‘pewter’ face block base, face brick walling and a combination of white aluminium battens and off form concrete planter balustrading.
