Section 34 Agreement Secured for Roseville Apartments

BKA Architecture have secured a Section 34 agreement for a 37 unit apartment block in Roseville. The negotiations with council were productive and we got the result for our clients with the help of our legal team (Mills Oakley), planners (DMPS) and other consultants. The triangular site was challenging, situated in a biodiversity sensitive area with bushfire constraints and a 15 metre cross fall. BKA are looking forward to seeing this project progress into its next stages.
